Pupils enrolled on the dance programmes are required to obey the rules and conditions of HM Creative & Co.

 

Any pupils unable to attend class should notify Hannah via email:hm.creativedy@outlook.com

 

HM Creative & Co cannot undertake responsibility for money or articles of value lost on the premises.

 

HM Creative & Co reserve the right to amend or alter the rules and conditions of HM Creative & Co at any time.

 

HM Creative & Co reserve the right to amend or alter fees and classes as and when necessary.

 

HM Creative & Co reserve the right to ask for a Pupil to be removed from HM Creative & Co for any of the following reasons:- a) Should a Pupil not respond to training, b) For misbehaviour or wilful damage, c) For poor attendance, d) For any breach of HM Creative & Co rules, conditions, regulations etc.

 

Should it be necessary to close HM Creative & Co or cancel classes on account of epidemic or national crisis, or any circumstances over which the Directors have no control, fees cannot be returned or compensation made.

 

Parents and associates are not permitted to watch classes, watching sessions will be the final week of term and then at HM Creative & Co discretion.

 

All Dancers should come well-groomed in the correct dancewear and footwear. Hair neat and pinned back and up for the appropriate style.
