Private 1-2-1
Private yoga classes are a fantastic way to explore yoga as a new practitioner, to gain confidence before joining a yoga class or to deepen your knowledge and expand your experience of yoga.

A 1-2-1 yoga session is a great way to have a tailor made bespoke session dedicated to your needs, working at your own pace, at a time and location suited to you. Some conditions that can benefit from yoga are stress, anxiety, joint stiffness and many more. Meditation and Pranayama can also be interrogated into the session.
At Home
​
Private yoga sessions are available from the comfort of your home or garden in the summer months. A great way to further your knowledge, experience the practice style and poses you enjoy, learn the basics before heading to a group class or as a way to slot in your yoga practice within your busy schedule.

No matter where you are if you would like to place a yoga practice within your day but are unable to get to a venue then our online yoga session is perfect for you. We even offer shorter 30 minute sessions upon request so you can slot in your practice where ever you are.

Desk Yoga Workshops

With more people working at computers than ever before and being sat at a desk for long hours it is no wonder why people are suffering from lower back pain, joint stiffness, tension, stress and fatigue. Our yoga workshops focus on these areas using a range of breathing techniques for stress and anxiety, meditation for relaxation and stretches focusing mainly on the lower and upper back, neck, shoulders and wrists, including looking at improving posture which can all be done in your work attire at your desk. Giving you and your employees the skills to use in their day to day life. Our Desk yoga workshops can be designed to suit your preferred workshop length.

Yoga Classes
​
Yoga is unique because it improves mobility, joint stiffness, strength and flexibility alongside your mental wellbeing at the same time. Encouraging exercise whilst improving posture and reducing stress. All that is needed is a yoga mat which our instructor has and can bring along to your class for your employees to borrow. One off sessions or regular sessions are both available at a time which suits your company best. This may be before work to help your employees be ready for the day ahead. A lunchtime class or after work session to wind down after the day. Mindfulness practice can also be incorporated into the class or held separately in a range of different lengths.
Digital Yoga
​
Sometimes not everybody is available at the same time or has the same lunch breaks or day to day timings. But do not worry with a digital video you are able to download and follow along your yoga session at a time and space that suits you. We also offer short 5/10minute yoga sessions for re-centring and calming the mind or perhaps you would like to help free the body a little from any tightness.
