Terms and conditions

  • Payment is due no later than 24 hours before the first class of the purchased block.

  • Pay as you go payment is due in cash on the day at the start of the class or via bank transfer (preferred method) no later than 24 hours before the class.​ 

​​

  • Workshops booked are paid for in advanced and can only be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. Any cancellations after this will not be refunded.

​

  • Entertainment booked/Parties/Events/Performers Hired are paid for in advanced and must be paid in full two weeks prior to the date. If cancelled a month prior to the date of booking 50 % will be refunded. 

​

  • Studio users are required to complete a health declaration form, answering the health questions in order for the studio to determine the safety and possible risk of exercising based on the studio user's answers to the questions.

​

  • Studio users are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. Studio users must notify the studio owner of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the services or activities, these include pregnancy, undergoing fertility treatment or if you have recently experienced childbirth or miscarriage. Information supplied will be treated with the greatest confidentiality and resect. If you are unsure if your chosen exercise is appropriate for a specific condition, please do speak to your GP or health professional.

  • The termly block classes will be set dates and times and will only be refunded if cancelled by the instructor.

​​

  • All pre-paid pay as you go classes must be used within 1 year of initial payment.

​

  • Each termly block can solely be used for that particular class. For example; if purchasing a block of "Monday Dance Workout" classes these classes can only be used for "Monday Dance Workout" classes not others. ​​

  • Refunds cannot be given for missed classes in your purchased block. Please let me within 24 hours (Friday for Monday) before a class if you are unable to attend your pay as you go slot. Any no shows will still be charged for the class and any cancellations for classes made later than 24hours will still be charged.

  • Refunds are not made for Retreats/ Workshops once booked this will secure your space.

  • Private one to one sessions/ Small group sessions will be responsible for a fee of £15 if the session is cancelled by the client within the month of the booked session if using a space booked by the instructor.

  •  We do not take any responsibility or liability for any vehicle or item/s within them or damage made to them whilst parked to attend any of the services provided by HM Creative & Co. Nor do we accept any  liability or responsibility for any items you bring to these.

  • Please make sure you have the go ahead to exercise by your GP

​​

  • For the health and safety of fellow participates and the teacher please make sure you are fully recovered after being unwell, the teacher can refuse the right to teach a participant who is evidently not very well.

​

  • We encourage all participants to take a lateral flow test before attending class to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

​

  • HM Creative & Co classes aim to be safe ad inclusive for all to practice yoga. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of verbal, physical or sexual harassment. Anyone found exhibiting these types of behaviours will be asked to leave the class and will have any future classes cancelled. Payment for any classes, or services will not be refunded. The decision to remove a client from a class and/or the studio can be made by HM Creative & Co at anytime.

  • The services an activities provided by HM Creative & Co are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. 

​

  • HM Creative & Co accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury to studio users or their guests on the studio premises or outside the studio.

​

  • If HM Creative & Co's Health Questionnaire is not completed and returned then you participate at your own risk and HM Creative & Co takes no responsibility for Injuries, medical conditions, death or damage.
