This Dance blast workout is a great way to get your body moving after your morning or to burn off some steam.  This class is designed to suit all abilities with options and modifications available. Burn calories, improve co-ordination, flexibility and stability without even realising that you are working out, exercise should be fun and there is no better way to do that than having a boogie!

Enjoy songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, fresh modern hits, salsa, musicals and more!

A Yoga Flow class to take your mind and body away from your busy working day for 30 minutes. Smoothly connecting yoga postures together so they flow seamlessly from one to the other using your breath. This class is more suitable to those who have done yoga or something similar before.

A mixed ability class suitable for beginners to advanced, with modifications available so you can feel balanced and safe in each pose. We spend time transitioning into each posture, take a look into sequences and have a moment for ourselves to relax our mind and body with a short guided meditation to close the class.
