This Dance workout involves a wide range of movements and musical genres. From beginners to advanced this class is designed to suit all abilities with options and modifications available. Burn calories, improve co-ordination, flexibility and stability without even realising that you are working out, exercise should be fun and there is no better way to do that than having a boogie!

BarreFloor is a class mainly guessed it on the floor! Working those pelvic floor muscles and inner thighs along with gaining scapula and abdominal stability and strength. A fun class perfect for sculpting. Combining Pilates, Yoga alignment, Toning and Conditioning, you can see why ballet dancers have wonderful lean arms and legs along with a lifted seat!

 Contemporary Dance

In this adult contemporary dance class we take a look at a range of contemporary techniques, styles and gestural movements leading to a longer routine in a relaxed, fun and encouraging environment. Hannah tailors the class to suit the participants allowing time to pick up choreography and explore a range of movements. From beginners to those with previous dance experience, Hannah's routines are adapted to the participants.
